Generally, the projects have interdisciplinary features involving researchers from Organic Synthesis, Biology, Natural Products, Computational Chemistry and Spectroscopy fields. Our main objectives are directed to the preparation of potential antitumor, antiparasitic, pesticide and, vector disease control agents. For this, usually, we employ phenolic compounds (especially phenolic lipids) and quinones as starting materials to achieve our targets.
